CRM integrations
Active Reach syncs contacts bidirectionally with your CRM — changes in either system propagate to the other.
HubSpot
Setup
- Go to Settings → Data Pipes → New → HubSpot
- Click Connect — OAuth flow redirects to HubSpot for authorization
- Select sync objects: Contacts, Companies, Deals
- Map fields — Active Reach auto-maps email, phone, name. Map custom properties manually.
- Choose sync direction: HubSpot → Active Reach, Active Reach → HubSpot, or Bidirectional
- Activate
Sync behavior
| Trigger | What happens |
|---|---|
| New HubSpot contact | Creates a contact in Active Reach with mapped properties |
| Contact updated in HubSpot | Merges updated properties into Active Reach contact |
| Contact updated in Active Reach | Pushes changes back to HubSpot (if bidirectional) |
| Deal closed in HubSpot | Fires a deal_closed event on the associated contact |
Sync is real-time via HubSpot webhooks. Changes appear within seconds.

- Ignore — skip fields you don’t need
Access field mappings anytime from Settings → Data Pipes → [integration] → Field Mapping.
