CRM integrations

Active Reach syncs contacts bidirectionally with your CRM — changes in either system propagate to the other.

HubSpot

Setup

  2. Click Connect — OAuth flow redirects to HubSpot for authorization
  3. Select sync objects: Contacts, Companies, Deals
  4. Map fields — Active Reach auto-maps email, phone, name. Map custom properties manually.
  5. Choose sync direction: HubSpot → Active Reach, Active Reach → HubSpot, or Bidirectional
  6. Activate

Field mapping

For all CRM integrations, the field mapper lets you:

  • Auto-map — Active Reach detects common field names (email, phone, name, company)
  • Manual map — drag CRM fields to Active Reach contact properties
  • Transform — apply basic transformations (lowercase, trim, date format conversion)
  • Ignore — skip fields you don’t need

Access field mappings anytime from Settings → Data Pipes → [integration] → Field Mapping.
