General settings
Go to Settings → General to configure your brand identity and defaults.
A workspace in Active Reach is a brand-tenant — one workspace per brand. Per-outlet overrides (store hours, manager phone, payment merchant) live under Locations, not here.
Brand identity
- Workspace name — your brand name; displayed in the sidebar and used in campaign sender defaults
- Business industry — affects which playbooks and benchmarks are shown
- Business model — B2C, B2B, D2C, marketplace, or hybrid
- Website — your primary domain
Regional settings
- Timezone — default timezone for scheduling campaigns and displaying analytics
- Country — primary operating country (affects currency, phone formatting, compliance rules)
- Data region — where your workspace data lives (set during onboarding, not changeable after creation)
Branding
- Logo — appears in emails, in-app messages, and campaign templates
- Primary color — used as the accent color in templates and the visual editor
- Brand colors — full palette for AI creative generation
These are pulled from your onboarding setup. Update them anytime — changes apply to future campaigns, not retroactively to sent messages.
Brand-tier defaults across products
Brand-wide defaults (commerce, reviews, loyalty, bill, chat, sales) are authored inside each product’s workspace page, not on a separate defaults route. Each product page renders a brand-tier card when the location chip-strip is set to All outlets, and renders the per-outlet override editor when a specific outlet is selected.
