Analytics overview

The analytics dashboard shows how your marketing is performing across all channels, campaigns, and journeys.

Go to Measure → Analytics → Overview.

The workspace chip-strip (the ?location= URL state, set by the location indicator at the top of every dashboard page) narrows every chart and KPI to a single outlet. With the chip set to All outlets, you see brand-level totals; selecting a specific outlet filters every aggregate on the page.

KPI cards

Four headline metrics at the top, each with a trend indicator (vs. previous period):

MetricWhat it measures
Total sendsMessages sent across all channels
Delivery rate% of sends that reached the recipient
Engagement rate% of delivered messages that were opened, clicked, or replied to
Conversion rate% of engaged contacts who completed a goal event

A multi-line chart showing daily/weekly/monthly trends for sends, opens, clicks, and conversions. Toggle between:

  • Absolute numbers — raw event counts
  • Rates — percentages relative to sends

  • Date range — last 7/30/90 days, custom range
  • Channel — all, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Push, RCS, In-App
  • Segment — filter to a specific audience

A bar chart comparing performance across channels:

  • Engagement rate per channel
  • Cost per engagement per channel

Useful for identifying which channels are most effective for your audience.
