Billing & credits
Go to Settings → Billing to manage your plan, view consumption, top up your wallet, and add or remove outlets.
Plan overview
The billing dashboard shows:
- Current plan — Starter, Growth, Pro, or Enterprise
- Billing cycle — monthly or annual
- MAU usage — current month’s active users vs plan limit (see MAU classification)
- Next renewal date and projected charge
- Refer & Earn chip — current wallet credits earned from the partner program (deep-links to Refer & Earn)
Consumption breakdown
A per-channel breakdown of usage this billing period:
| Channel | Metric |
|---|---|
| Conversations (per Meta’s pricing model) | |
| Messages sent | |
| SMS | Messages sent (per-segment carrier rates) |
| Push | Free (no per-send cost) |
| RCS | Messages sent (per-carrier rates) |
| In-App | Free (bundled with SDK) |
| Ads | Ad spend passed through to Meta/Google |
Event-quota consumption is computed with HAU semantics — passive events (channel callbacks, delivery status, smoke probes, ~106 names in the classifier) are excluded; anonymous users count toward MAU via the identity graph.
Wallet & credits
Active Reach uses a prepaid wallet for channel consumption:
- 1 credit = 1 unit of currency (e.g., 1 credit = ₹1 for INR workspaces)
- Credits are deducted per message sent (rates vary by channel and region)
- View your balance, transaction ledger, and top-up history in the Credits tab
Top up
Click Top up credits to add funds:
- Payment method — Cashfree (India primary), Razorpay / PayU (India fallbacks), or Stripe (international)
- Amount — choose a preset or enter a custom amount
- Auto-top-up — automatically recharge when balance drops below a threshold
Location addon (outlet seats)
Chains pay a per-outlet seat fee on top of the base plan. The first outlet is bundled in the plan; subsequent outlets follow a tapered band ladder:
| Band | Cost per outlet / month (₹, GST extra) |
|---|---|
| 1st outlet | Bundled with plan |
| 2nd – 5th | ₹2,000 |
| 6th – 15th | ₹1,750 |
| 16th – 30th | ₹1,500 |
| 31st+ | Custom (Enterprise) |
Add or remove outlets from Settings → Billing → Outlets. Removals take effect at the next billing cycle.
Add-ons
Paid features beyond your base plan:
- Actii Auto-Pilot — AI agent for campaign automation
- AI Quota — additional AI creative generation credits
- Dedicated IP — dedicated email sending IP for enterprise deliverability
Manage add-ons from the Add-ons tab.
Invoices
Download past invoices from the Invoices tab. Each invoice shows: period, plan charge, consumption charges, add-on charges, credits used, and total. Invoices are served via the canonical media CDN (media.active-reach.ai) so links survive presigned-URL expiry.
Plan changes
Click Change plan to compare plans and switch. The flow is deferred-aware:
- Upgrade — takes effect immediately; pro-rated for the remainder of the cycle
- Downgrade — scheduled for the next billing cycle so paid consumption isn’t clawed back
- Brand remove — multi-brand operators can drop a brand from the subscription; remaining brands invoice unchanged
Cancellation
Click Cancel subscription to start the self-serve cancellation flow:
- Trialing tenants — cancellation suspends the account and schedules hard delete after the grace window. Cross-channel warnings (email + in-app) fire ahead of the deletion. You can undo any time before the grace window expires.
- Paid tenants — cancellation switches to a soft-freeze grace period; data is retained for 30 days before hard delete.
