How Actii decides

Actii is the AI agent built into Active Reach. It monitors your data, identifies growth opportunities, and proposes automations — campaigns, playbooks, budget adjustments, and creative variants. You review and approve before anything touches your customers.

This page explains what Actii watches and what it does in plain language. You stay in control at every step.

What Actii monitors

Actii continuously watches four categories of signals from your workspace:

Performance signals

How your campaigns, journeys, and ads are performing relative to your own historical baseline. When performance degrades or improves beyond normal variance, Actii flags it.

Audience signals

Changes in your contact base — new signups, churn indicators, segment drift, engagement drops. Actii identifies contacts at risk and surfaces opportunities to re-engage.

Revenue signals

Purchase patterns, average order value trends, reorder velocity, and attribution data. Actii connects marketing activity to revenue outcomes.

Channel signals

Delivery health across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Push, and RCS — bounce rates, provider health, and deliverability trends. Actii detects channel degradation early.

What actions Actii takes

Actii doesn’t send messages on its own. It proposes actions that you approve:

How you stay in control

Approval queue

Every Actii proposal goes through the same campaign approval workflow your team uses. Nothing sends without a human saying yes.

Two modes:

  • SMB carousel — swipe through proposals, tap Approve or Reject
  • Advanced queue — table view with confidence indicators and guardrail flags

Two operating modes

ModeBehavior
ManagedActii proposes, you approve. The agent handles execution after approval. Included in your plan.
Manual (BYOM)Actii suggests, you build. Use the insights as guidance and create your own campaigns/journeys.

Switch between modes in Settings → General → Workspace Mode.

Guardrails

Actii respects workspace-level guardrails:

  • Budget caps — never proposes spending beyond your configured limit
  • Send frequency limits — respects per-contact messaging caps
  • Channel preferences — only uses channels you’ve connected and configured
  • Quiet hours — never sends during restricted hours

What Actii doesn’t do

  • It doesn’t access your data outside of your workspace
  • It doesn’t share patterns between workspaces (each workspace is isolated)
  • It doesn’t override your approvals or send without consent
  • It doesn’t make decisions you can’t understand — every proposal includes a plain-language explanation of why
