Admin overview
The admin portal is for platform operators — the Active Reach team managing the multi-tenant infrastructure. It’s separate from workspace-level settings.
Go to /admin (requires admin role via Clerk).
Admin dashboard
The home page shows:
- Health pulse — service status across control plane, cell plane, gateway, workers
- Recent tenants — newly onboarded brands (each tenant org owns one brand-tenant workspace; outlets within the brand are first-class locations)
- Pending actions — channel onboarding requests, billing alerts, compliance flags
- Quick links — tenant search, send activity, DLQ management

Search, configure, and manage tenant organizations.
Tenant managementApprove managed channel requests (WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, Email, Push).
Channel onboardingService performance, worker status, DLQ, and throughput monitoring.
Platform healthSafety and compliance — spam detection, policy enforcement, payment alerts.
