Reports
Go to Measure → Analytics → Reports for a detailed table of every campaign’s performance.
Report table
Each row shows a campaign with:
| Column | Description |

| Campaign name | Clickable — opens the campaign detail page |
| Channel | WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Push, etc. |
| Status | Sending, Completed, Paused |
| Sent | Total messages sent |
| Delivered | Messages that reached recipients |
| Opened | Unique opens (where trackable — email, push) |
| Clicked | Unique link clicks |
| Converted | Contacts who hit the conversion event |
| Revenue | Attributed revenue from conversions |
| Sent at | When the campaign was sent |
Filtering
Filter the report table by:
- Date range — when campaigns were sent
- Channel — filter to a specific channel
- Status — active, completed, paused
- Tags — campaign tags you’ve applied
Sorting
Click any column header to sort ascending/descending. Default: most recent first.
Export
Click Export CSV to download the full report. The export includes all columns plus additional fields: bounce rate, unsubscribe count, complaint rate, and per-variant A/B results.
Campaign detail
Click any campaign name to open its detail page, which shows:
- Delivery funnel (sent → delivered → opened → clicked → converted)
- Per-contact delivery log with error codes
- A/B variant performance (if applicable)
- Revenue attribution breakdown
