Simple campaign wizard
The simple wizard gets you from idea to sent message in under two minutes. Pick a goal and the platform handles the rest.
How to access
Go to Engage → Campaigns → New campaign → Simple mode.
Pick a goal
Choose what you want to achieve:

| Win-back | Reach contacts who haven’t purchased recently | WhatsApp or SMS |

| Feedback request | Ask for a review or NPS score | WhatsApp or In-App |
| Reorder reminder | Nudge contacts whose reorder window is approaching | SMS or WhatsApp |
The platform suggests a segment and channel based on your goal. You can override both.
Choose your audience
The wizard pre-selects a segment that matches your goal:
- Cart recovery → contacts with
cart_abandonedevent in the last 7 days - Win-back → contacts with no purchase in the last 60 days
- Birthday → contacts with a birthday in the next 7 days
You can switch to any existing segment or create a new one inline.
Write your message
Three options:
- AI-generated — describe what you want to say and the platform drafts it
- Template — pick from your template library
- Manual — write from scratch in the rich text editor
Preview how the message looks per channel (WhatsApp, Email, SMS, etc.) before sending.
Hit Send now or Schedule and you’re done.
What happens after you send
- The campaign appears in your Campaigns list with a “Sending” status
- Real-time delivery confirmations flow into Measure → Live Events
- Once complete, the campaign status changes to “Completed” and full analytics are available
