Go to Create → Loyalty → Communications to manage automated messages tied to loyalty events.

Message types

Configuration

Each communication type has:

  • Channel — WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Push, or In-App
  • Template — message content with variables (member.name, member.tier, member.points_balance)
  • Timing — send immediately on trigger, or batch daily
  • Audience — all members, specific tiers, or custom segment overlap
