Loyalty communications
Go to Create → Loyalty → Communications to manage automated messages tied to loyalty events.
Message types
| Message | Trigger | Example |

| Tier upgrade | Member reaches a new tier threshold | ”You just made Gold! Enjoy 2x points on every order.” |
| Points reminder | Balance above a reward threshold (but not redeemed) | “You have 500 points — that’s a free coffee waiting for you.” |
| Points expiry warning | Points expiring within N days | ”200 points expire in 7 days. Redeem before they’re gone.” |
| Reward announcement | New reward added to the catalog | ”New reward: 20% off weekend brunches. 300 points to redeem.” |
| Milestone celebration | Lifetime points milestone (1000, 5000, etc.) | ”You’ve earned 5,000 lifetime points! Thank you for being loyal.” |
Configuration
Each communication type has:
- Channel — WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Push, or In-App
- Template — message content with variables (
member.name,member.tier,member.points_balance) - Timing — send immediately on trigger, or batch daily
- Audience — all members, specific tiers, or custom segment overlap
