Memberships

Memberships in Active Reach cover how a customer joins your loyalty program. This page is about free enrollment — auto, opt-in, or manual. For the recurring-subscription product that unlocks VIP perks, see paid memberships.

Go to Create → Loyalty → Memberships to manage how contacts join and view the member list.

A customer can hold both at the same time — a free member who has also upgraded to paid.

Member list

The membership table shows:

  • Contact name and email
  • Current free tier (with badge)
  • Paid membership status (active, in trial, lapsed, none)
  • Points balance — available to redeem
  • Lifetime points — total earned (determines tier)
  • Joined at — enrollment date
  • Status — active, suspended, or expired

Filter by tier, paid membership, points range, join date, or status. Export as CSV.

Member actions

Click any member to:

  • View transaction history — every point earned and redeemed
  • View membership history — paid membership join, renewal, cancellation events
  • Award points manually — for customer service or promotions
  • Adjust tier — override automatic tier assignment
  • Suspend — temporarily freeze the membership (points preserved)
