Budgets & governance

Active Reach provides a centralized view of your ad spend across Meta and Google Ads, with tools to rebalance, cap, and monitor campaign health.

Budget center

Go to Ads → Budgets to see:

  • Total daily spend — across all active campaigns
  • Per-campaign allocation — how budget is distributed
  • Spend vs. budget — actual spend compared to your daily cap
  • Projected monthly spend — based on current pace

Setting budgets

Each ad campaign has:

  • Daily budget — maximum spend per day
  • Total budget (optional) — lifetime cap
  • Auto-scaling (Actii) — if enabled, the AI adjusts daily budgets based on performance

Rebalancing

When some campaigns outperform others, rebalance spend:

  1. Go to Ads → Budgets
  2. The rebalance view shows campaigns ranked by performance (ROAS, CPA, or goal metric)
  3. Drag the budget sliders to shift spend from underperformers to winners
  4. Hit Apply — changes take effect within the hour

If Actii is enabled, it proposes rebalances automatically. You approve via the campaign approval queue.

Governance dashboard

Go to Ads → Governance for campaign health monitoring:

CheckWhat it monitors
Quality scoreMeta and Google’s quality/relevance scores for your ads
URL validationVerifies all ad destination URLs are reachable and don’t redirect to broken pages
Policy complianceFlags ads that may violate platform policies (restricted content, misleading claims)
Creative fatigueDetects when ad CTR drops due to audience saturation
Delivery alertsWarns when campaigns are underspending (budget not being consumed)

Each issue shows a severity level and a recommended action.

Spending guardrails

Set workspace-level spending limits in Settings → Billing → Ad Spend Limits:

  • Daily spend cap — hard limit across all ad campaigns
  • Monthly spend cap — cumulative limit for the calendar month
  • Per-campaign maximum — no single campaign can exceed this daily

When a guardrail is hit, campaigns are paused automatically and you’re notified.
