Audit log
Go to Settings → Audit Log to see a chronological record of every significant action in your workspace.
What’s logged

Log entry details
Each entry shows:
- Timestamp — when the action occurred
- Actor — which team member performed the action (name + email)
- Action — what was done (e.g., “campaign.created”, “contact.deleted”)
- Resource — what was affected (e.g., campaign name, contact ID)
- Scope — whether the write was brand-tier (all outlets) or outlet-tier; for outlet-tier writes, which
location_idwas affected - IP address — where the request came from
- Details — additional context (e.g., old and new values for setting changes)
Filtering
Filter the audit log by:
- Date range — custom start/end dates
- Actor — specific team member
- Action type — filter to a category (campaigns, contacts, settings, etc.)
- Location — narrow to events scoped to a specific outlet (the chip-strip at the top of the page)
- Search — free-text search across resource names and action descriptions
Export
Click Export CSV to download the filtered audit log. Useful for compliance reviews, internal audits, and incident investigation.
Retention
Audit log entries are retained based on your plan tier. Enterprise plans retain indefinitely; other plans retain for the period specified in your plan details.
