Five-minute quickstart
Go from zero to your first sent message in under five minutes. No credit card required for the trial.
Create your workspace
Go to platform.active-reach.ai and sign up with your work email. You’ll walk through a quick onboarding wizard:
- Business identity — name, industry, logo, brand colors
- Region — where your data lives (India, US, EU, or auto-detect)
- Data source — optionally connect Shopify, a CRM, or upload a CSV of contacts
- Legal — accept terms and privacy policy
Your workspace is live the moment you finish step 4.
Connect your first channel
Go to Settings → Channels and pick one to start with:
| Channel | Best for | Setup time |
|---|---|---|
| Newsletters, transactional | 2 minutes (managed) | |
| India, conversational commerce | 5 minutes (managed + Meta verification) | |
| SMS | OTP, time-sensitive alerts | 3 minutes (managed) |
| Push | Re-engagement, app users | 5 minutes (FCM/APNs credentials) |
Click Connect on your channel of choice and follow the setup wizard. For the fastest path, pick Managed mode — Active Reach provisions the infrastructure for you.
You can connect multiple channels. Most teams start with one, send a test campaign, and add more as they go.
Import your contacts
If you skipped the data source step during onboarding, go to People → Import and upload a CSV. The column mapper auto-detects email, phone, name, and common fields.
No contacts yet? Active Reach creates a test contact from your own signup details. You can send to yourself.
Send your first campaign
- Go to Engage → Campaigns → New campaign
- Select Simple mode and pick a goal (e.g., “Product launch announcement”)
- Pick a segment (or “All contacts” for a test)
- Write your message — or let AI generate a draft
- Hit Send now (or schedule for later)
Check Measure → Live Events to see delivery confirmations roll in real-time.
