Loyalty customer profile
Go to Create → Loyalty → Memberships → [member name] to see a member’s full loyalty profile.
Profile sections
Points summary
- Available balance — points ready to redeem
- Lifetime earned — total points accumulated since enrollment
- Lifetime redeemed — total points spent on rewards
- Points expiring soon — if point expiry is configured
Tier status
- Current tier — with badge and progress bar to next tier
- Points to next tier — how many more points needed to upgrade
- Earning multiplier — current bonus rate
Transaction history
A chronological ledger of every point movement:

| Type | Earned, redeemed, expired, adjusted, or voided |
| Amount | Points added or deducted |
| Source | Which event, purchase, or admin action triggered it |
| Balance after | Running balance |
Filter by type or date range.
Rewards redeemed
A list of every reward this member has claimed, with redemption date and coupon code (if applicable).
Actions
From the profile:
- Award points — manual grant with a reason note
- Void a transaction — reverse an incorrect earning or redemption
- Change tier — manual override
- Send a message — quick one-off via their preferred channel
