Loyalty customer profile

Go to Create → Loyalty → Memberships → [member name] to see a member’s full loyalty profile.

Profile sections

Points summary

  • Available balance — points ready to redeem
  • Lifetime earned — total points accumulated since enrollment
  • Lifetime redeemed — total points spent on rewards
  • Points expiring soon — if point expiry is configured

Tier status

  • Current tier — with badge and progress bar to next tier
  • Points to next tier — how many more points needed to upgrade
  • Earning multiplier — current bonus rate

Transaction history

A chronological ledger of every point movement:

Rewards redeemed

From the profile:

  • Award points — manual grant with a reason note
  • Void a transaction — reverse an incorrect earning or redemption
  • Change tier — manual override
  • Send a message — quick one-off via their preferred channel
