Platform Guardian
Go to /admin → Guardian for the platform’s safety and compliance dashboard.
Guardian monitors outgoing content and tenant behavior to protect deliverability, prevent abuse, and maintain compliance.
What Guardian monitors
| Area | What it checks |
|---|---|
| Content review | Outgoing messages scanned for policy violations (spam patterns, prohibited content, missing opt-out language) |
| Deliverability | Sender reputation, bounce rates, complaint rates across tenants |
| Payment alerts | Tenants with overdue payments, failed charges, or negative credit balances |
| Volume anomalies | Sudden spikes in send volume that could indicate abuse |
| Compliance flags | Tenants sending without proper consent, missing DLT registration, or violating channel TOS |
Flag management
Guardian issues are categorized by severity:
- Critical — immediate action required (e.g., tenant sending spam, payment fraud)
- Warning — review needed (e.g., rising bounce rate, approaching rate limit)
- Info — awareness only (e.g., new tenant onboarded, plan changed)
For each flag:
- Review — inspect the flagged content or behavior
- Resolve — dismiss with a reason
- Escalate — forward to a team member
- Suspend tenant — immediately pause all sending for the flagged tenant
