Data pipes
Data pipes are real-time connections between Active Reach and your external tools. They keep contacts, events, and products in sync without manual imports.
Go to Settings → Data Pipes to manage your connections.
What data pipes do
| Direction | Example |
|---|---|
| Inbound (external → Active Reach) | Shopify orders, HubSpot contacts, CSV uploads, warehouse imports |
| Outbound (Active Reach → external) | Events to BigQuery, delivery status to your warehouse, contacts to your CRM |
| Bidirectional | CRM sync (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) — changes flow both ways |
Available connectors
| Category | Connectors |
|---|---|
| E-commerce | Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento |
| CRM | HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Bigin, Freshworks, Tally Prime |
| Analytics | Segment, Google Analytics |
| Data warehouse | BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks |
| POS | ActivePOS, Square, Toast, Lightspeed |
