Data pipes

Data pipes are real-time connections between Active Reach and your external tools. They keep contacts, events, and products in sync without manual imports.

Go to Settings → Data Pipes to manage your connections.

What data pipes do

Pipe status

Each data pipe shows:

  • Status — active, paused, error, disconnected
  • Last sync — when data last flowed
  • Records synced — total records processed
  • Error count — failures in the current period
