Vertical playbooks
Active Reach ships pre-built playbook libraries for specific verticals. Each library bundles flows, copy templates, segment definitions, channel mixes, and benchmarks calibrated to that vertical’s buying patterns.
Available libraries
Additional vertical libraries (florist, bakery, retail, salon, gym) are available via email gate — request access in the dashboard’s Discover playbooks section.
What a vertical library includes
| Component | What’s inside |
|---|---|
| Playbook templates | Pre-configured flows for the vertical’s top 5–10 use cases |
| Copy templates | Channel-specific message templates with variables filled |
| Segment definitions | Audience rules tuned for the vertical (e.g. “lapsed weekend brunchers” for F&B) |
| Channel mix recommendations | Which channels matter most in this vertical and why |
| Benchmarks | Vertical-specific KPI ranges so you know what “good” looks like |
Why vertical libraries
Generic playbooks are tuned to a global average. Verticals have radically different rhythms:
- F&B repurchases run on a 3–7 day cycle; SaaS runs on 30–90 days
- A retail store’s peak hour is 6pm; a B2B SaaS’s is 11am Tuesday
- “Cart abandonment” in food delivery is 5 minutes; in furniture it’s 5 days
Calibrating against the vertical instead of the average gets you the right channel mix, the right cadence, and the right benchmarks from day one.
