Overview metrics

| Growth (7d / 30d) | Net change in membership over the last week/month |
| Entry rate | How many contacts enter the segment per day |
| Exit rate | How many contacts leave the segment per day |
Membership trend
A time-series chart showing membership count over the last 30/60/90 days. Useful for spotting:
- Sudden drops (possible data issue or lifecycle shift)
- Steady growth (segment is working as intended)
- Seasonal patterns (holiday-driven segments)
Composition breakdown
A breakdown of segment members by key properties:
- Top cities — geographic distribution
- Top outlets — for chains, the outlets generating the most events for this segment’s members (cohort retention curves can be split per-outlet via the
locationbreakdown) - Channel reachability — what % have email, phone, push token
- Engagement tier — active, engaged, passive, dormant
- Plan distribution — which subscription plans members are on
Campaigns using this segment
A list of campaigns and journeys that target this segment, with their performance metrics. Helps you understand how this audience is being engaged.
AI insights
If the segment is large enough (100+ members), the platform surfaces AI-generated insights:
- “Members of this segment have a 2.3x higher open rate on WhatsApp than email”
- “40% of members entered this segment from the ‘Post-purchase’ journey”
- “Membership has grown 15% this month, driven by the holiday campaign”
Actions
From the segment detail page:
- Edit rules — modify the segment conditions
- Duplicate — create a copy with a different name
- Export — download member list as CSV
- Delete — remove the segment (doesn’t delete the contacts themselves)
